You need an arcade for this as there is a casino heist prep mission which you can get the hearse from it’s one of the level 2 key card mission where you need to retrieve a card from the valets corpse, but are sent to collect a hearse first. Which during this mission you can fail the mission and keep the hearse for a bit but drive back to the same place to get another hearse that you can keep in your garage.
Also, playing story mode and going the thing where you switch your character, my online character would have the Orange helmet but When I switch it him it would show a gas mask

At any car work shop, if you go to wheels and then to tire smoke you can select different colors. You can also choose crew smoke if you want a custom color
