@@FlameEMT if we get lucky and isekai quartet gets a new season that airs on fall (aka in halloween season) we could get a 2 parter halloween special (much like how we got an episode dedicated to valentines day) with characters dresing as different sutff. examples of costumes: - rem and ram switching clothes (because that would be funny. spcially if they trade seiyuus so we can have rem's seiyuu do the usual ram lines and viceversa) - emilia and megumin switching clothes. - maybe kazuma dressing as the typical cliche isekai protagonist (bonus points if he dresses as kirito, given kadokawa owns sword art online) ..... that's all i got for that hypothetical halloween special. any ideas for hypothethical costumes they could wear?

it does make you wonder who truly undergoes the most mental stress between kazuma and subaru. Repeated death is excruciating enough but, compared to day after day of tolerating 3 useless teamates. A mage who can castle a single spell per day, A Tank who can't hit anything at all and also being a masochist, and a useless goddess who spends all the money you accumulate on booze and her own luxury while also undermining any plan you make to screw it all up at every turn. Just 30 seconds of emilia becoming megumin was enough to make subaru scream off his lungs.
After wacthing season 2 of re zero I think its clear it's Subaru. Its not just that he dies he has to worry about all the people he loves dying and he has the stress of not knowing if he's actually saving people or of hes just going into a diffrent worldline.

I dont think it was a major issue re zero always does this with the previews. Ot does a really good job at not reveling anything to important or showing the tone for episode 18
I was disappointed Emilia didn't go "Waganawa Emilia, Hyouketsu no Majo (Witch of Glaciation) .....) when Echidna confronted her as the witch's daughter
I have to disagree with everyone - I think she’s really struggling not to sound like Megumin here. But I think that just reflects how much Emilia’s “voice” is in her (normal) tone and attitude, which is itself impressive.
