Making Knife from Bearing

In this video I made a knife from an old bearing and other excess material which I had from making other knives.

I've been silently watching your videos for a while cheers for making them. At 0:42 It looked kinda dangerous to smack that and it be moving like that ( I know nothing about forging and such) looks like you could you an extra pair of hands on that start.

Finished product looked great, but how well did it harden? I’ve got a couple bearing race knives I’m working on right now and, from what I’ve been reading, 52100 steel is kinda finicky to heat treat well.
