Thank you for this video. It's good to see another pillar of the industry moving in this direction along with Ultimate Works and Bendu Armory. All three make high-quality sabers, but quality costs and a removable chassis that is interchangeable across their respective line opens up the opportunity to satisfy our addiction without breaking the bank.

I think sabertrio has the best construction and electronics but their design are not crazy even if they are different from the others. They should have a replica option.
I think the lack of bluetooth built into the cfx is absurd considering how much the sabers cost. Now i have to find someone who knows how to build a new chasis just so i can add bluetooth.
You won't regret it. Being able to change so many things on the fly is where CFX really excels
Will this include the lattest CFZ board and firmware ?
It will be the latest CFX board and a very recent firmware version. (Sabertrio chooses to 'lag' one firmware behind to avoid running into possible undiscovered bugs)
Quick question, with the powercore, how am I able to set a font animation for the OLED screen? I just installed the kyberpunk 3077 font, but neither the font anim or the button LED illuminates
If you check the other font folders you'll find a bmp file in there that has the oled animation. You can copy paste and edit such a bitmap file in Paint to create your own font animation.
For the button: set style_pixies=3 in your blade profile which should make the button have it's original functionality again
In it's current form the power core is not compatible with the Crystal fx desktop app? In order to connect the usb-c to the computer you need to take the power core off the saber right?
It is still compatible but indeed you cannot directly use the blae while editing through the USB.
@@CrystalFocus that's good to hear. The live editing is a life saver but the app itself is really handy without the live editing!
the saber sound font convertor doesn't work on ur site. Ive been waiting about an hour for one font conversion
Unfortunately I have no control over that. The soundfont converter has been created by Brian Conner and he also hosts that app. I only link to it so more people can benefit. Most likely it will be back up by now.
was trying to add fonts to my new korvus from sabertrio, and i opened the pommel and it slid right out onto the hard floor, it broke the speaker off the screw to unscrew the speaker off the core... the speaker works but now it wobbles inside the hilt... im pissed.. yes.. just glad nothing else broke... still dont know how to put fonts onto the core lol

Yes it is, but since you need to take the core out if the hilt for the USB access you can't ignite the blade during editing
