This hotel houses migrants for the UK government. Paid for by the tax payer at approx 7 million per day..
Beautiful hotel... beautiful location... all for free !

What puzzles me is why every hotel you visit, there are the same Indian guys claiming ownership/security rights with the same measures, procedures and actions? I'll never ever use any of these hotels if they become normal again.

SIA badges are handed out like sweets. Anyone can get one, easy job. I live near Heathrow and there must be 10 or so of these hotels. The 'Security' sit around doing nothing all day and get paid.
We visited this Hotel a few years ago on Holiday, we had a good time, sad to see this.
Remember if/when it finally goes back to 'Normal' hit them where it hurts and don't stay there again!

I used to work there many years ago it was a shearings hotel before they went bankrupt and now bespoke hotels run it and let it out to the home office that one hotel employees 55 people . Loved that hotel just think there's 500 been used just think how many staff are unemployed

I'm shocked and saddened to see this at the Esplanade, was a fine British Holiday Hotel with good entertainment, very sad.
