- This is a very powerful machine. The Bosh Axxis dryer also is installed on the top. This washer sounds like a jet plane and the maximum spin is extremely powerful, able to leave the clothes almost dry. What you see is what happens when the washer is not installed correctly. If the washer is not leveled properly, this is what happens. Also remove any piece in the base which can cause some unevenness. This washer is great but must be installed properly, or it will cause an earthquake in your home, even with the softer spin cycles.

Transit bolts have to be removed then it has to be made a nivelation-to set the proper level so that the washer could not shake like this.I don't know who has installed this washer...Bosch work good, it could not be a fabric defect.

Next time before calling the cops, pls: make sure that transit bolts have been fully removed, secure the dryer with a proper staking kit and avoid washing single or super heavy items (e.g. xl bath towels) alone cause it would absorbs water and tend to stuck in one side of the drum leading to massive vibration during spin cycle!

For some reason they seemed to avoid numbers on this washer's control panel at all costs.
Open the door and undo the seal (held in place by a spring tensioned wire) and push the outer lip of the seal inwards into the drum. Now check the large concrete/cement counter weights attached to the outside of the drum. Put your hand inside the drum and rock it forcefully from side to side to recreate the knocking. This will locate the issue pretty quickly. Occasionally, if the washing machine has been previously over-loaded the drum counter weights can become dislodged so that they knock the inside of outer casing (left front) on spin cycle. Slacken the counter weight retaining bolts (8mm or 10mm) enough to again reposition the weight(s) to the circumference of the drum and retighten the retaining bolts until they are really tight. Rock the drum to be sure that the knocking has been cured and reinstall the front seal and spring tensioned wire retainer.

🤔🤔...Iam gunna put it down to total coincidence that for 2 days I keep seeing washing machines on my TH-cam ( never seen them before may I add) and 2 days ago I just had a new washing machine delivered ... ( Which I fitted my self also 💪💪) which kids say makes a weird noise when spinning ( where it's new I tell them) ...and I get post s like this in my recommendation s 🤔..😁

And there, within the first few pages, it usually states that the transportation bolts have to be removed before plugging and operating the appliance. What should be done to level it
transit bolts should be removed (you know, the bolts which are at the back of the machine that always come with put at the back of the machine, and some technicians forget to remove it, so you have to remove them yourself if they forget to)

this is the newer model 208 volts,check your wiring you must have it to 240 v. you need an electrician!!!!!There is also an 110 volt but its discontinued.
you dumb ass. Their are 4 screws in the back of the unit that is placed to prevent the drum from getting damaged during transportation. remove the screws removes the vibrations.wow
@@ernie787 I'd assume the motor actually runs on 230-250v as it seems to be running at its normal speed. If the motor were 208v and running on 240v it would be spinning faster as it would be overvolted.

Mine makes the same whine like a jet engine. I don't think this is the normal operating sound. If you spin it by hand, you hear the same sound - almost like a burned out bearing or motor. Also you can't just stack a dryer on top of it. You should have installed the mounting kit, which holds the dryer in place.

First is if you put a dryer on top of a washer you must be nuts as that is exactly what happens you damage the whole unit
I had the same issue. You can read the manual and you should see the where the 4 shipping bolts (with white plastic housing) at the back of the machine.

em maybe you should try removing the transit bolts and you can't just have a dryer sitting on top of the washing machine like that. Most dryers have a mounting kit that come with them so you get the chance to stack it on top like that. Anymore shaking and the dryer would have fallen off. I have no idea who installed this machine but they are complete idiots for no remov no the transit bolts. Poor washing machine. Bosch is a very good make
