your videos are quality!! had a good laugh going through them hahah, i hope you keep making more! i think a compilation of him sitting and saying nothing would be funny especially if he stays completely silent the whole video lmao
When people say Pacino isn’t a great actor because of his rants I think of a quote by Orson welled about James Cagney “Cagney played as though he were playing to an audience of 45,000 people and he never hammed for one moment this proving my point that hamming is not overacting, it is false acting. It’s fakery.”
The abilities that both Pacino and Cagney had, exemplified by this video, are very rare. To take something that would sound false in the mouths of any other actor, and to transform it into something not only believable but brilliant - that's talent.
@@antoinepetrov People also look at Pacino as an actor by looking at his filmography as a whole but if you look at the performances on their own his shouting is completely appropriate. God I hope that made sense
Totally agree - I've seen that particular interview with Michael Parkinson, in which Welles (talking about Cagney) described the difference between what is supposedly 'overacting' as compared to actual fake acting. Indeed, Pacino was the actor that immediately came to my mind as well. Flamboyant...? Absolutely. Fake...? Never.
Love it! My favorite actor and I hope he’s screaming 10 years from now.
So just a normal day for Al
This is the ultimate relax video. The best channel ever, man.
peak cinema!
When does Pacino not scream these days.
1:36. The scent of a woman portion. The perfect short montage of screaming. 😂😂😂
THE ENDING LOL
