This 1:38 gave me flashbacks of The Joy of Creation Story Mode. The loud metal stomping getting progressively faster and louder is really unsettling and terrifying.

Oh my Faqing God, that has to be the scariest thing I saw in this game, the heavy footsteps the sound of impending doom followed by the monster appearing out of the darkness, that’s straight out of a horror movie.
The jesters speed gradually increases and it isn’t capped. Someone can lock it in a room from the terminal but once that door opens it will basically teleport to any players still in the building because it knows where its target is no matter where you are and it’s had so much to ramp up its soeed.
Recently I accidentally discovered the only counter I can imagine for the Jester besides fleeing. It was coming towards me, and as soon as I knew it was right behind me and about to get me I made a Dead by Daylight joke "OKAY IM LOOPING HIM" as I was running by a small rectangular bookshelf, then started hugging the bookshelf and taking the turns around it super tightly as I would in DBD. I was surprised after a couple loops that I was still alive, and I realized I could do this indefinitely with the jester chasing behind me likely because he couldn't take the corners as tightly as I could. So, I did this for like 8 minutes straight hoping one of my 8 other teammates would make it out and use the teleporter to save me, but unfortunately everyone else died to other causes.
Yeah, it seems like the Jester can only attack straight ahead of it. so while it is difficult, I've seen people run in tight circles making it so they are always just to the left or right of the Jester's kill zone. of course, you'd need someone to teleport you out because you're dead as soon as you try to break the circle.

My bro accidentally teleported himself, and I thought I was dead for sure. At one point he started running faster and I was fuckin dead inside. Made it out alive xdd
When I first encountered the jester and I heard this music my hair just stood up on my whole body cause I realised that the music also correlates to a countdown and then the panic ensued while I tried to scramble for the exit
almoost a perfect sound for a soundboard but of cours there had to be the horn guess i have to surch more to scare my friends eh forget what i sayed in the last part
