That pulley is a puzzler, between that & the gearbox theres a lot to figure out. Still think its a good result for two days tho 👍. Its always hard to put back something that you didn't take apart (no offence Mike)!!😂

If you have the measurements of the rails they wouldnt be to hard to make would they? if your like me the hardest part of that would be remembering where i put the bit of paper with the measurements on!👍
@wga3251 I had a problem few years ago on 3rd gear getting kicked out when let clutch out , found I had put thrust washer wrong side of selector on the synchro

Only one way to fit them as on a taper

Have 1200 jumping out of high gear new sliding coupler and good s/h main shaft fitted any ideas what it could be
