I changed the engine on my mf 1200 to a 90's Perkins t6.354 from an electric generator... It was a pain... lots of things didn't fit had to rebuild lot of things and having a huge front hydraulic pump wasn't a help either. It might have been a lot easier if I had removed the cab floor. Well to late now. At least it runs great now.

When I was at primary school in the 70's there was a 135 with canvas cab that cut the football field ect I remember it well Dave

I recon Penny cracked those studs off to save you struggling Dave

The canvas looks good on the 135. is the 1250 engine for rebuilding.

Nice original weight frame bars on the front would really set the 135 off

More progress with the 135! 👍👍👍Great to see that canvas fits and looks so well👌 l think but could be wrong that the bottom of the engine cover has flaps that go back to attach to bottom of steps.

Great video Dave just a quick question im after the olive that comes off the end of the leak off pipe that joins the injector rail on the 135 ive got anew leak off pipe but it comes with a rubber seal and doesnt fit the rail so i need a olive do you know where i can get one many thanks

Good clip of the 1250 and others cutting silage and they just needed some vintage trailers as a lot of silage was done in Ireland in the early years with tipping trailers with sides fitted and a lot used galvanized sheets on them. Hope your guts start to improve soon Dave....
