You did it again. I was in a neighborhood were there were a bunch of renters and they are under and HOA. Like I said you're on the same frequency.Any time I experience something the right videos pop up.

I send letters out and leave door knock letters already but one thing I'm never sure about is do I say I live in the neighbourhood or that I'm just passing by even though I live in the neighbourhood? Most houses in my neighborhood are rentals, I have already sold a couple by catching landlords out doing work or inspections on the properties. I'm just not sure to say I live there or not but honesty is huge with me.
Awesome! Great question btw. My advise is it to always be straight forward and honest. If you live there, feel free to say it. If you don't want, then don't. But either way - just be straightforward and honest :) Going that route literally can NOT bite you in the butt.
