They live in historic castles and get to wear some of the trendiest fashions of the day, but the royal family does not live in endless decadence like a spoiled medieval king. They are actually known to be careful, especially in regards to what they put in their bodies.
The majority of them actually stick to particular diets, although they are still known to splurge on occasion. So, without further ado, here is a look into what the royal family actually eats.

Bread is not only a carb, it's starchy. The point was, that doesn't make sense, to say she eats sandwiches and has a starch free lunch, or carb free. Neither one makes sense. Some are stuck in a detail and not seeing the big picture.

I wouldn't drink tap water either. They send us warnings in the mail that if we are sick or elderly to please speak to a physician before consuming the tap water! Plus.... It tastes nasty!!!
