Hello Martin, how you doing? Tnx for the question. Uhmm... The problem is with your AC controller that is the remote control. You either change the batteries or replace or work on the remote control
@@okechukwuchukwunonso5936 4 months, bought it brand new, since i bought it, it doesn't give that chilly effect... just cools a lil but doesn't...I've tried cleaning the filters....i just think hisense is a terrible product
@@jayjay-bm8wj ok jay. I think the problem is from the installation of the indoor vent. As a matter of fact, I Jst finished dealing with the same issue on my own unit. Listen, the installer didn’t actually measure up the water outlet point pretty fine. Try tilting the unit towards the outlet pipe so that condensed water can find its way out through the hole then into the pipe. I hope this solves your problem. Tnx and pls do subscribe to my channel

@@michaelsolomon2534 Hello Mr Michael, you will need to have your AC compressor checked. I understand that input voltage is normal. Tnx
Have you tried cleaning your AC filter?
If clean then your AC should work perfect. How long have you been using the AC?

What about how to stop leakage
Hi jay jay, thank you for your reply. I would love to know what substance that’s actually leaking; water or gas?

Hisense aircon is really bad. I used it for a month but threw it away and bought Hitachi, which is much much much much better.
Are they good units?
They are reliable dear
