I am going to fibre glass my pond in the spring ,instead of topcoating I intend to glue a normal liner to the inside. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Hi mate great video.
Is it possible to resin over an old liner on a pond waterfall?
My water has leaks about 20 years old no done by me.
Thinking of resin the waterfall then cement in surrounding rockery after?? Would you use cement or just mire resin to do the rockery? So many questions! I am in wf9

How long does a fibreglass pond take to install? And how long do they last? We’ve had a rubber one and it’s leaked. Thanks.

Typically 1 - 2 days, depending on the size and weather conditions - please see the product guide in the Downloads section of our page. Correctly installed, a fibreglass pond will last over 20 years - they're very durable.

Hi can you tell me how many layers of fiberglass do you put on and what grade fiberglass should you use ?

Generally 1 layer of 600 gram CSM will suffice in almost all instances. Some people use 2 x 450 gram, but this is more complex and more expensive.

Let’s see you do this on a real koi pond that’s built and ready to be glassed please. Sample boards are one thing, doing it for real can be a lot different. Look forward to the video.

Not particularly easy for a vendor to show a customer installation; for them, the customer is the installer. This, as stated in the video, is for general informational purposes only. It is recommended you contact the supplier, the manufacturer or a recommended installer for specific recommendations.

6:08. You said ‘You can see the air bubbles by the white patches’. What a joke! That’s dry glass that hasn’t been wet out NOT air bubbles. More useless advice coming from materials sellers. Listen to professionals if you want professional advice.
