- It's time for our daily end-of-session clinching Q&A. In this session, my students asked me how to break the grip and get out of the following sticky situations:
1. breaking the body lock;
2. neutralising the strong inside arm control.
I always tell my students, "don't fight against the force. CHANGE THE ANGLE!"
This is the trick to being successful in the clinch.

👍 thanks master Namsaknoi
I appreciate the time you take to teach people lessons in Muay Thai. Thanks for the quick lesson. I have quick question if you have the time. I'm planning on going to your gym and train with you, do I have to pay 500 in american dollars or 500 in Thai baht for 1 session? It would be a complete Honor, Excitement and Unreal moment at the same time if you trained me. You truly are one of the best Kru Must.
hello Kam, the prices are listed in Thai Baht. If you need more help you can write in to hello@namsaknoimuaythai.com :)
+Namsaknoi Muay Thai Thanks alot Kru Must for the information and for getting back to me. I will contact you through my Email for more information. Can't wait to start my training from The Emperor himself.

super👍👍👍
wow
I don't see how the last one would work without a willing opponent. His arm is blocking you from pivoting out that direction.
similar mechanics to a throw by in wrestling off a collar tie, coach is using his shoulder and head position to push the opponents forearm and elbow off his neck while he steps in
GROUND AND POUND! XD
