Who should be the winner of this Tri-Star Tournament sparring match?

At the 2024 TriStar Taekwondo Championship that took place on April 20, 2024 at the Ingersoll District Memorial Arena, Anthony took first place finish at Poomsae competition and disappointing third place at sparring.
in the video, you can clearly see that Anthony (blue chestguard) is a much better fighter and his offensive kicks are more powerful and accurate. Yet, the referees chose not to score his kicks. And in one instance, the Myung's player was clearly was out of bound and the referee did not even give him a penalty (point deduction) . Locql tournaments are full of incompetent and inexpérience refs. We learned to take it as grains of salt.
