    I think at minute 8 she meant to say that the poor person cannot afford to buy in bulk and therefore must buy single use more often as money becomes available.

    Ok, I get the point she's making but how about allowing people (who can) to have foodstuffs such as cheese, meat etc. weighed in their own containers?
    And how about offering more products from local suppliers in glass? Ok, so not everyone can handle that but many can.
