Yes they do, if you are dealing with the agent i interviewed in this video then yes they do, so what he basically does is he only used 1 agent in Ghana to take care of the clearance and duty charges for all the items in 1 container, then he will share the overall cost to all the customers who's item were in that container, this will save each customer from paying an agent fee.
