Chenderiang is a mukim and a Chinese village in Batang Padang District, Perak, Malaysia. The “Chenderiang” name was origin from Cantik and 靓 (liang) which both mean beautiful in Malay and Chinese.

0:32- i find that a lot of information about Malaysia may not be statistic correct, all the people get it wrong and keep continue spreading wrong info.
Lata Kinjang is 850 feets tall, not 850 metres tall. 850 feets which is about 260m tall.
If it is 850m tall, it should be in the top 10 tallest waterfall in the world. The fact is, it is only about 260 metre tall.

Thank you for watching our video. Are you referring to Lata Kijang in Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan, or Lata Kinjang in Chenderiang, Perak? You can search for the 850-meter Lata Kinjang, and you'll easily find the answer from various sources, especially Tourism Perak's Facebook and Instagram pages.

@@ykjeeThat’s why I say all copy paste and spread the same wrong info. Your various source also no fact check themselves.
You can fact check by 2 ways:
1) tallest waterfall acclaimed in Malaysia is Stong waterfall which is only 300m height. So if Lata Kinjang is 850m, sure alot of debate on it.
2) check tallest waterfall list in the world, if Lata Kinjang is 850m, it should be listed no7 highest waterfall in the world. But the list show no Malaysia waterfall even in 300m height list.
Last but not least, do you ever think if the Perak tourism admin who write it also get it wrong? Bcos you know nowadays all social media posting are simply just written by intern or ordinary staff, they may get the measure unit wrong without fact check.

Different between Meter about sea level or meter land, If 850 meter of land true because Meter land not meter about sea level, meter about sea level actually only hill & mountain, but defferent waterfall meter on land not sea level, comparison like KLCC and Hill same 400 meter but highers are different, if U say only 260 meter high, maybe searching about sea level not land, but waterfall on land not sea level
