I usually love wearing heavier scents at home and at bed time but being that we are just coming out of winter and I am enjoying being fresh and flowery!
I’ve been wearing perfume everyday at home during this lockout because it lifts my spirits. Some of the fragrances I’ve been wearing the most lately include: Elizabeth Arden Green Tea, Joop! Le Bain (you introduced me to this one and it’s nice), Lanvin Eclat de Fleurs (smells somewhat like Chanel Chance Eau Tendre), Lalique Amethyst, Versace Bright Crystal Absolu, Sofía by Sofía Vergara, and I’ve enjoyed layering Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy with Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege. 💜

You always make them all sound so lovely. The bubblegum scent is very appealing! 2 that I've been using often are, Replica's, "By the Fireplace" & Montagne's, "Parum De Cerise". IDK if these are popular or not, but I love them. Been using a lot of different things, depending on my mood. ;) Love your posts, thank you.
Really appreciated the review of Gelsomino Nobile...I love jasmine and might have to get this one. 😃I really do wear a different fragrance every day (well, fragrances plural because ever since I've been stuck at home I just love to try 3 or 4 a day) but one I keep turning to is Proxima by Centauri Perfumes. It's grapefruit and strawberry mixed with rose and jasmine, along with the most beautiful white musk. It just makes me happy when I smell it.
The problem with Mon Précieux Nectar isn't that it evaporates - it is that if you use the atomizer you will lose a lot of product due to migration of the perfume extrait onto the atomizer components. I actually had to take my bottle to Guerlain and the manager explained. It is such a beautiful scent, though, and now I wish I'd never switched to the atomizer! 🙏

I have the Souffle de Lumière flanker, and it’s such a good fragrance😍 I’ve been holding out on Souffle de Parfum, though. Now I’m considering getting it as well.
Mon précieux nectar is gorgeous. A really nice orange blossom. I wear Mademoiselle from the same collection and I overspray it too... 😆it is a gorgeous iris, marshmallow, orange blossom and vanilla. ❤ I'm sure you'd love it too 😉
We are four weeks into lockdown and I'm choosing to wear Viva La Juicy almost daily! I'm surprised by this but that's what my lockdown heart want to wear.

However I don't like powdery scents and the Cologne has orris root. Which one would you recommend? (I've never smelled any Shalimar fragrances for context). Thanks so much!!
I gravitate toward these scents in the past 2 months: Hanae Mori Butterfly, Angel Muse and now La Nuit Trésor. These scents keep me addicted though I have many fun ones I have been collecting.. ouds and such. But I don’t reach for them first thing usually. I want to try that Guerlain m Mon Précieux! Sigh, maybe I could at least try that Shalimar Souffle..
You should try Jean Naté After-Bath Splash by Revlon! I love to splash it on after I shower. It’s very citrusy and light, and after a while I start to smell the sweetness from the tonka bean. You can buy it from CVS and Walgreens. Also; here’s a tip: put it in the refrigerator in the summer and splash it on if you are warm.

Hmm...both are nice but atm I'm in the mood for lighter airy scents, so I'd choose the edp. The intense is lovely as well but it's more sticky and syrupy. I guess it depends on what you're in the mood for :)
In the 90s I wore shalimar. I tried the most current formulation and there was a horrible screechy note at the beginning. I wonder if it was supposed to be like leather? Just horrible what they did to it. I wonder if you would like a vintage formula better

Ive been overspraying Hermes Un jardin sur le nil. Its fresh tropical but super classy and evocate bright sunshine on fresh leaves in my mind
