And the
Second is a sales agency where businesses generate leads and we help them close these leads for an agreed upon commission

It’s so crazy to me that people have left crypto, it’s like a ghost town out here, but the opportunities are so damn good right now. Trading these moves is an absolute dream. Alt-coins are low as hell and ready to rip. I’m catching breakouts left and right.
I'd recommend investing in good projects and DYOR if you don't understand, dollar cost averaging instead of going all in at once to get the most bang for your buck. Also, if you're just starting out, I'd recommend hiring a fiduciary financial advisor to guide you and show you the ropes. I'm talking about people like 'ALICE ELAINE HAYHURST,' who did the same thing I did. She has witnessed dozens of market cycles over the last few decades and understands how they move, why they move, and what comes next.

For those of you that struggle with discipline and actually sitting down and doing work in the morning or after your shift in the afternoon seriously considering implementing meditation into your routine. As someone who easily gets distracted meditation helps me get laser focused on what I need to accomplish for the day. Just start with 5 minutes and if you feel like it work up from there.
How do you prepare yourself ? Like what makes sitting on the floor different than meditating
@@dianevega7077 best way to start meditation is just sitting upright, doesnt matter if its cross legged or straight legged but it’s important to be upright so your body is awake and not tired. And honestly just let your mind flow. Try to be observant of your thoughts but don’t cling to them. Let each thought pass and come. Eventually, your mind will calm down and come to a still. In this stillness the present moment will unfold to you and you will experience pure focus and attention to the present moment. You can meditate anywhere you want, the floor, on the bus, all what matters is the focus you bring with you into meditation. Focusing on your breathing helps but what helps me is focusing on the point between your eyebrows. Imagine all the energy flowing through your body concentrated into that spot in your body and focus on it.

@@dianevega7077 the idea is that you are putting all your focus onto one thing, usually the breath, but it can also be sounds, physical sensations, etc. you are practicing being entirely present, and not letting your thoughts distract you. You almost want to imagine that you are nothing but your breath or whatever you’re focusing on. If your mind wanders you just invite it back to focus again. It has a ton of benefits, like improved focus, being able to experience the present, not being weighed down by your thoughts which for me helped me get rid of my social anxiety and anger issues. It also helps you get into a flow state easier (a state where you wouldn’t rather be doing something else), which a lot of people say is more important than happiness.
