    Very interesting to a non-accordionist, to hear the difference on all these instruments--- especially with a familiar tune. Thanks for showing.

    Hello Pat, I just love the change up; the rhythm and the ease with which you play no 15; you like that one don't you 😊😊

    Some lovely boxes there Pat ,and a few I've never seen before , like the Rauner (lovely sweet little box ) the Morelli 👌 and that serenellini but the little Erica and Club IV were able to hold they're own among the best of them , those Cairdín are a great box as is the Borsini ( mighty box ) Absolutely love your style of playing , still a few left that believes in playing at a normal pace . 👌👌🇮🇪🎶🎶👍

    I've an old red serenelli g#/g.ive heard they are rare.Are they? Its very out of tune ,a p r object box but I'm handy with most projects .Would it be a shame to get it r e tuned to b/c or d/c# do you think? Or should I tune it to its factory setting?

    • @PatBartonAccordion
      @PatBartonAccordion  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Matt, you're right, g/g# was popular in the 70s, and is quite rare now, and also sought after. As to changing the tuning, I think you are better off leaving the box as a g/g#. It would take too much filing to convert it to b/c or c#/d, there wouldn't be any reeds left by the time you're finished filing... if you want to convert it, you'd need to put different reeds in, either b/c or c#/d. 🎵

      @@PatBartonAccordion hi and thanks for your advice .I will tune it to factory again I have another question if that's ok as the g/g# is not common it really interests me to know what type of music were they intended for?
