  • @ThePixelExpedition
    @ThePixelExpedition 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    This was awesome! I love Blade Runner and you captured so much intensity and detail in this much slimmer and more realistic sprite. That trench coat swept outward looks like the wind is blowing at his back or as if he just whipped around to shoot. Very cool!

    • @BJGpixel
      @BJGpixel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks buddy! It's funny I hadn't quite considered WHY the trenchcoat was out, but I guess if the sprite were to be animated, we'd have to decide if it gonna whip out when turning or just constantly be blowing in that direction to look cool at all times 😂

    A bit of a tip, not sure if you know it, but you can use Ctrl+T and then riht click, Flip Horizontal for a perfect mirror. I'm always worried I don't flip a layer perfectly and sometimes it distorts the pixels, I don't know how much of a problem it is in your works, just thought I would mention it. Love your works, so relaxing to watch :)

    • @BJGpixel
      @BJGpixel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    One quick tip, if I may suggest it, would be to assign a keyboard shortcut to Flip Horizontal. That way you don't have to go into your transform and drag the layer handles every time. I've got mine set to Shift+Cmd+F so it's just one (three at the same time?) keystroke(s) away and my current layer is the other way around. Anyway, hope that helps and keep up the wonderful work!
