His general appearance and fighting style remained unchanged from the previous game, and he is the only returning enemy character besides the Andore Family from the original game.

Yes, it's only in the Japanese Version of Final Fight 2. The meat cleaver was removed in the World Version.

He has a special attack where he spins and slices all the bad guys nearby. But yeah most of his moves are hand to hand combat.
He has a sword move but he never used it.... It was my favorite thing about Carlos
