Sounds like ex Warrington PSB Signalman Tony Cook is in the cab filming this as part of his 'Railvision' cab ride series.
Very good! Digby and Sowton still "very [?] new" (14:24) and they didn't get Exeter City to move there but no mention of the rugby team (who moved to Sandy Park in 2006).
Hopefully we get the second part of this from Exeter to Paignton!
