I dont understand dudes that make decent money AND also have time on their hands, still be fat 😅... Having money means u can afford to go to a decent Gym, if u need a PT u can pay for that, a healthy diet is usually more expensive to live on you can pay for that too.
When you got 'time' you can spend decent hours per week in the gym and/or go on a consistent basis.
Most dedicated people still go gym and its very hard to have time AND money. Its usually 1 or the other.. when you got both there is 0 excuse

5 years ago I where 82-84kg now I'm 72-74kg without doing anything but go to work and eat less, at 5'8".

The point of body positivity is not putting people down to make yourself feel better which is basically what everyone here is currently doing. Calling someone fat doesnt make them lose weight so just ignore stuff you dont like be a good person and just move on without bitching about stuff that doesnt concern you
I agree, saying that fat people dont contribute anything to society is down right cruel and factually incorrect, they pay tax just just like any other citizen, they work and contribute to the better of the country just like anyone else. Being Fat is not safe of course and it does shorten your years of life, but shaming them is not gonna help everybody, it might be a wake up call for some people but shaming has contributed to many cases of suicide.
I was 160kg four years ago now 90kg and the only change i made was to start swimming and be consistent slowly increasing over time the diet changes naturally your body tells you to eat for purpose

Rants I do agree with you partially but what you fail to account is that healthy food is expensive and government is playing a part in this nasty scheme. I guarantee you that if government promoted healthy food and make it cheap I guarantee you we will find more healthier guys. I personally managed to lose 40pounds in a year and I'm currently 170lbs and healthy food is damn expensive especially if you are vegetarian/vegan as we firstly don't have great lean protein sources and vegetables are expensive as hell

I disagree. Saying food is expensive is ridiculous. Of course these supermarkets are going to charge way more food which they know will benefit you health wise. It's like saying you want to fly 1st class but you want to pay economy prices

Nah you’re right rants I’m about 5’11 currently 84kg very athletic build. And at one point I was 90kg also and I was way stronger then I am now being able to bench 130kg but I have a small frame also so I gained a lot of body fat along with the muscle. And even though I was still big and strong I wasn’t as confident as I am now at 84kg leaner and more athletic. Plan on going down to 78kg for my summer cut
The opposite for me. I was 110kg-115kg for most my adult life. Went down to 80kg and ripped. But felt like I was a woman's weight. Lost a lot of confidence, but, got more attention from women ngl. Currently walking around at 100kg-105kg, with a hefty amount of muscle and some fat (around 20% BF probably). Never felt more confident, healthier and powerful. Walking around at 100kg+ feels so good.
