This home is very modern and has lots of natural lightening. I love the office very versatile with lots of space. Open concept gives luxury vibes.

Glad to see you back! I love that this house has plenty of natural lighting throughout. I love that when you first come in, there's a wall that seperates the living area. I really like that the doors to the office come out from the walls. The master bedroom closet is gorgeous and the color scheme is absolutely beautiful. All in all, I really like this house. We definitely have similar tastes. I’m a sucker for gold, I love the gold with the blue cabinets. The gold fixtures, especially the light fixtures I’m the kitchen were beautiful. I love that master bedroom closet probably one of my favorite features of the house, the presentation is doing it for me. Probably the best closet that I’ve seen in your video. A gun safe would definitely be a great add on.

The Dallas builders need to learn from those in California and design the homes better.
The black framed windows are ugly and not matching the interior deco. However these kind of windows are the norm for ‘luxury houses ‘. Why? Eye soar.

There are a lot of people that do like the black frames . These homes sell a lot in Texas. Everyone have their own taste and that’s fine.
Pros: The whole home! Cons: I don't own it, and still need an additional Washer / Dryer upstairs as well! That's a lot of laundry to take downstairs.
