If you go to Dundee Scotland, there's a wee very very old shop there that looks just like this. It is full of old tins, jars, grinders, bags and bins of beans and the aroma is decadently overpowering in the most delightful way. It's like stepping back a hundred years or more ago. I stood and breathed it all in. Then I bought some coffee.
Yum, coffee! I absolutely love coffee but I usualy have to "trade" it for tea because the caffeine in the coffee sometimes "activates" my anxiety. Thank you for the lovely sounds, they're amazing. I can almost smell the coffe ♥ Lots of love, Laura ♥♥
I have the same issue. I'll just get a small, decaffeinated coffee with one teaspoon of sugar every few days. That doesn't seem to bother my anxiety and nerves badly if I do it that way. I DO drink tea every day multiple times a day though. 😊

If you get the chance, try a yaupon infusion. It does have caffiene (roasting actually reduces caffiene content), but the caffiene buzz is more mellow than coffee or tea IMHO. Yaupon and yerba mate are related, oversteeping doesn't make a bitter-tasting brew, and for me it doesn't produce the jitters. I personally like it best cold over ice, but some folks like it hot in place of coffee or tea.
You are absolutely my most favorite asmr channel , I just love the combination of ambient sounds and the asmr triggers and how each video has a magical theme and story to it. You put so much hard work into your videos both visual and audio please keep up the amazing work !!
