Thanks for another great vid. I was in Bosnia+ a few weeks ago - different border crossing - insurance was 10E for 7 days. Lovely people, lovely countryside, but so many social/political problems (unemployment, ongoing ethnic tensions, corrupt politicians, rubbish everywhere). But, above all, everyone I met was lovely - particularly the farmers, police, medical staff and ambulance driver who rescued me from a cold, wet, remote mountain pass and the taxi driver who helped me get my bike back. Great people.

13:00 I once fell asleep on a concrete floor (inside a sleeping bag) and it was nearly at freezing. The floor sucked the warmth out of me and i awoke in the middle of the night with hypotermia. Always keep some sort of insulation between you and the cold. Air in the matrass there is excellent.

If u ever come back to bosnia one of the nice scenic routes and authentic places is the village Lukomir and the view over the Rakitnica river. And lakes on Zelengora mountain are also great. Take care and good luck.
Hi Kinga, sleeping on that bench took me back a few years. I went horse riding through Monument Valley in Arizona and slept on a bench under the stars many years ago. It was 70 degrees throughout the night. Different to your experience eh ? Enjoyed this episode, thankyou.
Hi Kinga, thanks for the excellent presentation of the Balkan, all country's from former Jugoslavija are beautiful. If you have a chance visit famous sandy beach in Ulcinj, Monte Negro. I am from Croatia, but visit Ulcinj last summer, and it was fantastic. Safe ride, and wish you a many more nice places and people on your journey.

Went to Croatia last year its very beautiful. Small pizza place in Makarska was so far the best slice I’ve ever had.
