Carver's journey in Chicago Fire has been anything but straightforward. For years now, his path has been filled with challenges and near-exits, making every return more complicated than the last. In the Season 12 finale, we saw another layer of his turmoil-he took a break from Firehouse 51 after a candid and difficult conversation with Violet about their relationship. When he came back, he wasn’t the Carver we remembered; instead, he was someone who seemed intent on embracing a carefree, party-heavy lifestyle, which inevitably impacted his dependability as a team member. For viewers who’ve followed him closely, Kidd’s choice to dismiss him from the team almost feels like an inevitable conclusion-a culmination of his ups and downs within the firehouse.

No Sam carver needs to stay put and workout the kinks in his life and dump his girlfriend from Texas . Tory is the one giving carver a hard time busting his chops for sticking it out at 51 where he gets in trouble for making mistakes and for not doing his job properly. Tory tells him leave 51 and go back to Texas where any firehouse there would appreciate him and his abilities a lot more. However, I don’t think the writers and producers of cfd show are trying to get rid of carver for good forever. No in fact they’re doing the opposite they are leaving him alone with room for improvement and giving him the chance to make right by his lieutenant Stella Kidd and once he realizes that 51 is his home and family he’ll get the bigger picture and see that Tory is the one that needs to go and get out of his life because she’s messing with him and telling him he doesn’t belong there when in fact that he was at 51 long before Tory showed up turning things around and making carver think negatively and making him think that it’s their fault that he’s making mistakes and not doing his job properly but in reality it’s Tory that’s the one that’s bad for Carver not anyone at firehouse 51. So let’s see what happens in the next episode and see if carver shapes up and turns things around and does everything right by the book and by his lieutenant Stella Kidd and the new chief etc. It’s going to be fun and interesting and exciting and nail biting for sure to see if carver really does make things better and right all around.
