Did this hike a few weeks back. It was probably the funnest hike I’ve ever been on. It wasn’t even close to as scary as the park rangers made it seem. It was more like a big jungle gym.
@@Nuttyirishman85 OK. That must be a sight because I've only seen it filled. Perhaps the next time I got an opportunity to surf at Sand Beach I could see otherwise.
Oh my goodness! Hiking over those rocks does not look like fun! You definitely need your whits about you. No looking at the scenery on this trail unless you pause. Did you enjoy it? Cause that’s what counts😂👏Looks like it got better in places.

Crazy dangerous. I got sick to my stomach and I’m sitting in my arm chair. It looks much more dangerous than Half Done. What do you think?

I love how the trees clinging to the cliffs resemble bonsai, sculpted by the persistent coastal Maine winds and weather.

The lagoon was empty a couple weeks ago when I climbed it. I’m glad I got to see it with the tide in.
I didn't realize the Beehive Lagoon could drain completely with low enough tides.
@@TheOutboundMind it wasn’t completely empty. You could see the huge sand bar in between and the gouge that the water runs in.

I did. It was a good introductory hike to "via ferreta."
awesome hike beautiful scenery but does not worth risking your life. I would not recommend this hike unless you are good with height.

Having done both, I'd say Half Dome is much more challenging.
It’s a really wide trail and not as scary as a lot of people say, at no point did I feel uncomfortable or exposed to danger.
