10 dollar is not enough if you want to eat in most luxurious restaurants here in philippines, 60 dollars and up is the right price. The 10 dollars that you said is only for fast food restaurant/unhealthy restaurants.
Yes it is expensive for average wage earners here but what she said is true that having a bath tub, 2 rooms, living room, storage room, air con with heater ( though they probably pay the bills) and the kitchen is luxurious for fellow Filipinos I know, it is beautiful for me I like the interior of the apartment, it is a dream for many Filipinos, and the couple probably have a good paying job so 300 USD a month is cheap for them.
I think there are no thieves in Kyrgyzstan, all people look very nice and gentle, this country is very safe.
