So fucking hot that we turn it off an hour to two hours before we close because if we don't, it doesn't cool down fast enough to clean it. The edges of the hotplate are exposed. I have probably 15-20 scars on both forearms from accidentally bumping into it in that tiny ass work space.

Everything is dirty, gross, and cross contaminated. Person prepping is dirty as hell, When was the last time them gloves were changed? Trash, food all over the floor, the countertop looks like it's gona slide right off itself with how much meat, beans in between it. The place should be shut down.
