Great goodness wow! That role-play was out of this world I loved it and the way Sebastian came back so smooth, elegant, convincing with conviction and expertise and care and a voice that resonated trust with a powerful slight dose of indifference and no desperation whatsoever I’m freaking floored that’s amazing! PLEASE PLEASE do more of these interviews with unplanned role play that was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love how Sebastian said “Oh yeah everything should be working ok so far, when they set it up originally it was tied in as analog”. No bashing the competition or ADT whatsoever or making the customer feel like an idiot for purchasing what they have and so nonchalant what a masterpiece move! Right there even I was thinking oh goodness I wonder if my alarm was set up in analog and I need to update to the latest and greatest in digital, I’m actually thinking what am I missing out on!!! Freaking love this!!!!! My favorite movie sales scene was in the Wolf of Wall Street when they all get their script down and they’re saying it so elegantly dressed up in suits and they know everything word for word with conviction. This is exactly what this reminded me of but Sebastian was one billion times better!
