Just a reminder, remember to glaze a thin layer of butter to your tray or use silicone tray if you don't want your cakes turned out stick to the tray like mine :) I put it on the fridge so it is easier to take out. Gudluck to anyone who made this!!!

These are easy to make and taste so good. Also since my son loves dark chocolate I used dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet and they taste so good he can't stop raving about them . I will definitely make these again. Thanks so much.

I made this and it tasted really good but I baked it for 38 mins because my shells still seemed soft after baking it at the given time...also the shells were not flakey, rather crumbly, but after freezing it for sometime it became better...also I think I overmixed the butter to the point that it started coming out of the dough

Hello there, thank you for your lovely video and the recipe. I have just followed it today. However my pastries turned out to be a bit crumbly biscuit like texture rather than the tart texture! 😕 What did I do wrong? I didn't mix it up much as you advised however, while putting it on to the cups, It wasn't so straightforward ( since I had bigger size holders) so I felt it was a little bit sticky and I fiddle there a bit... Is that why? Can you advise please. It was my first time. I would like to try again. Also I don't use white sugar, I used soft brown sugar instead. Does it make a big difference? Thanks
