Great review Seth! In the video, you noted the data was last updated a month ago. Where does PiN data currently come from? Are they a reseller for DataTree? Since they are now owned by First American, will they offer a real time API link to DataTree's database similar to PRYCD?
Hey Scott! PiN data comes directly from First American (just like DataTree does). They are not a reseller of First American data like many other real estate data services. It comes directly from the source, so if anything, it will be updated a few days before any other platform that uses the First American API.
