I am several months late but I randomly decided to share my thoughts on how the Orange F and V trains could have worked in PTA. The 5th Avenue Lines could have been the B (express), D (local), F (express), and V (local). If it played out like this, the B would run express from Union Turnpike to Halson Terminal (following the current E route); the D would run local from Rentar Plaza to Intervale Square (like it does now); the F would run express from Union Turnpike to Fairview Avenue and switch to the local track to run to Ridgeworth Island (stopping at Booth Street) via the East End Line (currently the J/M lines); and the V would run local from Rentar Plaza to Bayview Parkway, sharing tracks with the F on the East End Line west west of Panthalassic Avenue. With this, PTA Subway: Fifth Avenue Lines would have instead been called PTA: East End & Fifth Avenue. This would have also changed how other PTA lines looked: - The J/M would terminate at Panthalassic Avenue, and the Trenton and Dumont Lines would be merged into one game: Trenton & Dumont, with the J train running to Belfast Pkwy. - The E would be in the Blokaway & Blackwell lines, running express with the A, and the C and H would run local - The Steinway Street game would feature a green K train instead of a green F train
Is this a Easter egg for a future update in the game. Or a new train game? Did the developers ever explain why there a v and f train announcement? Or did he just cut those lines from the game

Wait so Announcements can work with any line on the N/Q lines?
No, just the (F), , and (V) to Calgary Street work. Also the regular N/Q Programs work too. There are short turn N programs as well
