I am a TH-cam film maker making information films from around Asia, especially Thailand & other parts of the World.
I live in the UK but try to travel as much as possible to make video blogs with Free info and tips, to save You time and money.
I make the mistakes and share them with you, so you don't have to. I have tried to keep my channel completely FREE, & it will always be FREE to anyone and everyone.
I have now joined PayPal after advice from quite a few people who would like to donate.
This is an opportunity for people who would like to thank me for all my hard work, time for filming, & editing in the way of small donations towards my personal out lay and overall costs to myself.
It all adds up, and has now become a little too expensive for me to fund it all by myself on a regular basis.
I have realised the credit card doesn't last for ever, and came back to the UK with many bills to pay.
When I am away filming, I haven’t got an income, but I love showing the people new and exciting places to go to, that you may have never gone to unless you had seen my movies.
I don't expect any person, or persons to donate who does not want to, or hasn't got the means to do so, and like I said previously, my channel will always be FREE.
This is only set up for people who would like to help me fund my next trips a little sooner than me having saving up again, and waiting for the time when I can afford to go again and start filming.
Any donations will be greatly received, and are for my previous movies that I have made, and future films yet to be made.
I am very humbled by all the kind comments I have had, and look forward to entertaining you all again Soon on TH-cam.

Great video, Geoff. I first watched this in 2016 just before I went to live in Ao Nang. I bought my motorbike from Mr Kord shop (they moved to bigger premises next door to that shop & have another shop open now too). The daughter is called May, a lovely girl & I always went back to my bike serviced, oil changed etc. Great shop, very friendly, good prices, trustworthy etc etc. The mother was actually saying "good teacher" not "good t-shirt" when she showed the phone as the teacher was in a flooded classroom ;0) And you're right, Ao Nang MUCH better for holiday than Krabi Town. No idea why anyone would want to stay in the town. Ao Nang is a sea-side resort and only 30 minutes on a bike from the town. Plenty of buses, mini-buses, taxis etc to get there.
Rented there one year ago. No Problems and perfect service. Thanks for sharing Geoff!

Great video as always Geoff. I used to rent motorbikes but had so many close calls, I baht bus it around, but not happy with how limiting it is. Its the right idea to rent a mb and see the country free.

What can I say, another great vid. The breakfast for me is a no no but cheap enough. So glad you are able to get out and about so we can see more of Thailand. You are right the people are very friendly. When we first went we were a bit wary of them because we thought they were after something but no they are genuinely nice people. Cant wait for Monday.... :)

That rekindled some good memories Geoff, we drove down there from Chiang Mai in 2008.
Didn't pay to go on the fossil shell beach then, in fact we were the only ones there! Looks like big concrete slabs from a distance but close up you can see it's made from thousands of tiny shells.
You should try the coconut ice cream with sticky rice in bread, add a few peanuts and sauce, delicious. The only way to eat ice cream in Thailand :-)

you know something, back home I have tried bread and ice cream, cut open about 8 inches of a nice french baguette, spread on some nutella or chocolate sauce and add vanilla ice cream and WOW what a cool bizarre and delicious sandwhich. it's true. all the best, Kevin in montreal.

Geoff, next time your in krabi you should do a vid on the hot springs and the crystal clear natural springs nearby. its about 1/2 hour out of krabi town. you'll love it cheers
You missed out in Krabi town Geoff,go at night down to the old pier for the street food,just amazing and once you've filled yer boots have a few beers at j n j bar with Yan and his american locals.pure class.theres also the old west bar run by Charlie,proper good time in there

For instance, when you were in the temple...you worked the camera perfectly! A lot of vloggers zip zip zip around and you don't have time to focus on what you're looking at. i used too have a bird like that,could hear her yapping on the phone every night,but she just ignored me when i shouted on her ,haha, another good yin Chang man,yep those temples are something else,beautiful and so peaceful as you said Geoff,i remember when our churches used too be open all day everyday,and you could walk in when you wanted,just like you do there in Thailand,shame how sad our culture has changed for the worst in every aspect of safety and vandalism.
