I have a 2008 escalade with the bw4485 transfer case. Are these pretty close? Its a awd case. Has the clunk when you let off and get back on the gas. Thinking stretched chain?
Dealer says it is normal and to live with it. Some say loosening the driveshaft bolts and to re-torque the bolts to a higher torque than the stated torque. Which is 18 ft. lbs. So maybe 20-22. I would also check the differential backlash. Yes it is. Thanks for watching.
Not sure if you can help me or not, But I've got a Borg Wagner transfer case on an 2003 Yukon Xl Denali with no tag that I can find. Only markings I've got on the outside are "M9" in a triangle with "AZ91D" under it and a "DIE-1" on it. What model number is it?

In the glove box there is a sticker with codes on it. Need to know is it NQF, NQG or NQH ?
