- A Stanford graduate showed up for a job interview, but the interviewer wouldn't let him into the office. As it turned out, he did not even look at his resume as soon as he saw that the man was black. After being accused of racism, the boss eventually sat down with the potential employee and agreed to hire him. The majority of the company employees were racial minorities, and worked solely for its reputation. Will the new employee be able to prove that he's up to the challenge? Watch the video to find out.

Yeah I remember my first job. I was a cleaner for a business. Some people were nice and treated me decently and others treated me with disrespect. Like I was beneath them. Just because I was a cleaner.

"Chop chop" is a phrase first noted in the interaction between Cantonese and English people in British-occupied south China. It spread through Chinese workers at sea and was adopted by British seamen. "Chop chop" means "hurry" and suggests that something should be done now and without delay.
So it's a metaphor to say that we have to do something about racism here and now

Wow! Yes, I remember my first job, and I definitely was not treated like that. As a person in of colour, I can tell you that racism in the UK is a lot more subtle than that, which in some cases can be worse.
That's because if you ever had proof of racism in the work place, the employer would be in serious trouble.

My friend Ben is a CEO and I worked for him for a year, no pay and it was AWESOME! and my sister’s friend Jack was the Senior Manager of a company and gave me a job which I still have after 20 years, even though Jack left in 2008

The first one I mentioned where my friend was the CEO and “..no pay for a year” where my friend Ben gave me a job where I worked for free, I was living at home with my dad and free rent etc. Then, after he passed, I got the job I currently have. I didn’t mean that my sister’s job pays me free

This reminds me on a experience which I made. I developed a Credit Risk Analyzer Tool, but a white guy presented my tool to the client and my supervisor back then didnt even ask me if I would like to present my own development to the client. This is real but it's worse in real life. You can be denied work and the put on a pip for not doing work you haven't been trained for. It's so bad.
