we usually have 1 speaker presenting to get feedback from the 10 Mgrs on the call; have you ever had any hesitancy from the meeting being recorded OR the notes being taken verbatim? Can you have notes taken where everyone can't see them as it seems that would be a distraction during the meeting? Where is the webex help portal, and how do I find my Cisco account manager?

Hey Milky, we'd love to help! Can you please provide more insight into your concern? You should be able to see the participants on the main meeting stage when you launch the Participant's List and chat panel, as both are located on the right-hand side of your screen. Thank you!
I always use 2 screens and pull my participant box and chat box over to the monitor where my powerpoint is NOT....one monitor for displaying ppt and one monitor for managing the people on the call and chat box too.
You mentioned that you can download the transcript...in what format? Can you download it or convert it via Microsoft Word so you can edit or no?
