- Out of the products sent to me from Gpm Racing to use and review the first upgrade ill be doing using Gpm Products is the aluminium fifth wheel plate and jaw on my Grand Hauler, taking a closer look and replacement..

WEIGHT is always good on a Big Rig! Especially over the Rear Wheels. Besides that, it looks good too!! I love how this is coming along.

I like it a lot more than plastic.
There are different models without seeing the screws on the top. I replaced mine.

It would be better if you paint the aluminum 5th wheel black.
This build isn't finished or painted yet.. The whole chassis will be getting painted 👍
Do you have link to a complete 5th wheel coupling with what servo to make it a remote control quick hitch and what's needed I'm new to this rc game cheers
Hey Scotty,that looks awesome. I have a couple of questions. Tamiya puts like two fifth wheels in their kits, a smaller one and a bigger one,is that the bigger one and if so would the electronics fit on both?

hi man first hope u feel better soon i got a biggg head cold to and ik your suffering lol lol lol but to bessness like the 5th wheel i dident know gpm make truck parts and if they make a 5th wheel plate it would look really good and i was wonderin were did u get the rims for your truck and 3 have u ever thought of extendin the sleeper i did mine my sleeper prety much stops right at the crome playe for the 5th wheel relese and i tell ya it makes the truck look meannnnn lol

The rims are from Tamiya and in regards to modding this truck, it will have a few bits such as the roof aero and possibly a larger cabin as im basing this and my next build on NASCAR haulers but im saving more of it for my next build which will be a 1988 kenworth T600 👍👍
Also this will be eventually finished in a nice candy pink or purple I think 😀

Maybe it's not a genuine Gpm one as the Gpm parts are of excellent quality 👌
