Excited to start food photography, these videos are priceless. And it doesn’t hurt that we share the same name, doesn’t usually happen! It’s always “Skylar”
You are an amazing teacher man. I’m not into food photography or video, but I’m learning a very translatable skill for what I am doing. Thank you for your knowledge bro!
Oh I don’t mean big rolls of backgrounds lol I mean for your flat lays. I noticed you have smaller ones that you laid down. I have some that are made of water proof/resistant paper and I wanted to have a way of storing or traveling with them without damaging during transport. Anyway, just wondering if you had something like that. Thanks for your reply!
Hi Skyler. I loved all your backdrops but I live in France.😢 By the way, how can we put the human éléments in the photo after the shoot ? I am using Lightroom. Thank you in advanced. Bernie😊
love your enthusiasm! and super helpful tips. Thanks for making awesome content with clear delivery! 👍👍👍👍 💕 Can't wait to watch all your videos. Please keep them coming💕
Firstly! Great videos and such gentle teacher you are. Love learning from you Coming to my question for this particular video . Are you going to be using continuous lighting for your shoot setup of are you going to be using Flash with the C.light. would love to know thanks
Amazing tips, love your videos. Only started recently with food photography after I got a call asking if I’m up for it. Needless to say I have been binging your stuff!!
I've never done strictly food photography and I'm propably not planning to. But still, you seem like such a cool guy and you use lights so efficiently, that it's a pure pleasure to watch your videos:d Great job!
Great tips Skyler! My hardest part of flatlays are definitely getting them 100% straight. It's like every time I try to adjust the ballhead a tiny bit I loosen the 'adjusting handle/knot', move a milimeter and tighten the 'adjuster' again - and then it 'falls' into place with the weight of the camera and still not straight. Any tips? Kind regards, Susanne
Thanks for the great video! I'm about to invest in a few surfaces for food photography. What size (e.g. 2x4 ft, 3x4 ft) do you think works best for this purpose? It's an answer that's surprisingly difficult to find online!
Hello Sir. Any advise on a tripod ball head strong enough to hold the Canon 1DXMKII with a Tamron 24-70 Lens for flat lays? I usually use a tripod video head because no ball head that I have can hold such heavy setup steady.
I think your videos are great but telling us about workshops in the middle breaks up the flow of your videos. I noticed this the last couple of videos. I thought I accidentally hit another video or something.
You should be a bit more humble. Reduce your speed. Try to be more organic. Help others in the real sense and be generous to others without keeping greed in mind. I hope the message is delivered..
YOU SOLVED IT MAN! LOVE YOU

You are an amazing teacher man. I’m not into food photography or video, but I’m learning a very translatable skill for what I am doing. Thank you for your knowledge bro!
Great video again! Do you have a case or something to travel with your backgrounds?
That would be one big case! It's a good idea, but I usually use moving blankets or I rent backgrounds for some shoots

What tripod head is that?
@weeattogheter Hello! Do you have any tip for shooting wine flatlays? I'm looking for help in this area. Thank you for the attention!

Damn good -- thank you.
Maybe a dumb question, but when i want my hands in the Picture, how do i take the photo? I mean, i still Need to press the button on the cam, Right?
You do it with remote control
@@Tzazilas ah, okay, thanks you 👌🏼
What settings are good for food photography?
may i know where and how do i find the middle piece metal rod at 3:00 ?
How can I take a clear shoot without focus points " everything clear" without blurry spots in the shot?
Higher F stop. if you are doing a flatlay it won't need to be too high. F4 tops

Creative tips, I use only some of those basic tips cz still out of 💵💵💵 😂😂😂.
you are the fuking boss , thanks you
u spend half the video giving ads.. we are here to learn .. not to see ads i guess
Can you put subtittles on the videos?
Also: Make food that's actually palatable. These giant leaves of parsley are not fun to eat.
How old are you?
I think your videos are great but telling us about workshops in the middle breaks up the flow of your videos. I noticed this the last couple of videos. I thought I accidentally hit another video or something.
I eat by myself😢
Бро чуть помедленнее.
brother i wish you will say something or talk in your next video ..you are so so so silent
