Memories of living in Harlem watching these commercials and Oliver & Company. Thanks for this!
The commercials in "Oliver" were a mix of kids toys and cereals alongside grownup stuff.
Lived in Long Island during this time. Saw many of these commercials. Thanks for the nostalgia and memories
WPIX showed Babes in Toyland (AKA March of the Wooden Soldiers) every year...no wonder I have a recording of it on tape from 1992!
Note that Grand Union was mentioned at the end of the Tarn-X ad...they went out of business earlier that year!
I saw that Federal Auto Auction ad in 2002 on NBC
