Peppermint, lemon, & lavender, use those doTerra essential oils every night & you'll never have allergies again! That's what worked for me & I never take pills, plus those oils are good for so much other things as opposed to the allergy pill is only for allergy's.

At least you can control the Allergy problem! I feel ya though, I have had to take Folic Acid everyday since I was four for my blood disorder. It sucks because if I accidentally forget, I become very pale and dizzy. Even if I take the medicine that next day, the dizziness lasts up to a week. I hope you & Ollie feel better.
Someone I babysit for had the same problem Bryan. They were told the same thing but didn't feel like taking pills everyday either. They started doing acupuncture and it has helped drastically!!
***** I used to be super congested (mucous/phlegm/always sniffing) like you were saying, and stomach issues. Then 2 years ago I completely cut out dairy and it has made everything SO much better. It turns out I had a dairy intolerance and that was causing all my problems. Maybe you could give that a go for a few weeks? Hope you feel better soon.

Allergy Relief : 3-5 drops of lavender,lemonand peppermint put it in carrier oil like coconut and make a roller bottle or put it in a glass bowl and just rub on the back of your neck as needed

Joe gets dizzy from his ears being clogged, so he gets a ear cleaning kit. He just gets it at the grocery store, and it washes out your ears. After that he's all better and has super hearing ;) He does it a couple times a year. I also have a friend that swears by that little water pot thingy you put in one nostril, and the water comes out the other nostril. I can't remember what it's called. But she says it like cures her nasal allergy stuff, and sinus headaches. She doesn't have to take allergy medicine. She does it every morning, and sometimes at night.
Bits of Paradis Neti pot is the thing you're thinking of. It helps to do it everyday before a nasal spray at night, then after a few weeks to cut back to once a week, then to once a month. But Brian might do better going through with allergy shots. (it takes a few months of shots once a week) then he won't have to take a pill everyday.

I took them for so long that they stopped working for me; but when I stopped taking them, I would break out in hives all over my body that would last until I took another pill. So long story short, I am now taking over the counter allergy pills every night for the rest of my life😩👎🏻
I used to have bad allergies also. If you can find local grown honey (has to be local) it can help cure you of the allergies. I don't even have to take medication anymore!
Yeah my doctor says my son and I have allergies, I think it depends on where you live from what I've been told by 3 different doctors in 3 different states! When I lived in NY I never had allergies, in GA it wasnt too bad, now I'm in KY and my doctors telling me there's so much pollen in the air, that I should be taking allergy meds everyday. But i only take them during Spring time. Because I don't have symptoms during the other 3 seasons.
I have to take 17 tablets & 2 inhalers per day, & then cream every time I wash & sanitise my hands. I started off with just 1 tablet per day. But you just get used to it & after a bit it doesn't bother you any more, it's just part of your day. You won't notice it after a couple of weeks, Bryan. I know it's not nice, the realisation that you're gonna be on medication for the rest of your life, but you get used to it. Try not to let it bother you until you do. And I know how horrible allergies are, that's what two of my tablets are for, but they are normally well controlled with medication so it will really help you to feel much better.

The nasal spray helped mine big time! All of that stuff is connected..so the drainage and swelling went down once I started the nasal spray..it then allowed my ears to drain properly..which helped my dizziness. Mine was so bad I'd feel like I was on a boat when I was just sitting on my couch.
Bryan, I've actually been dealing with allergies for the past week or so, too. I think it's just that time of year. I've been trying to power through without taking any allergy meds, though, since they tend to make my anxiety worse. Oh, and also, I take anti-anxiety meds, and I will probably have to take them for the rest of my life, so I know just how much of an annoyance that is.

I have to take a liquid for the rest of my life and a pill, nasal spay and I have E.E a problem with my esophagus and I have to have a tube down my throat ( they put me to sleep) every month and they inspect my throat and because of this I can no longer eat wheat, dairy, eggs, selfish or nuts. But I watch you guys videos everyday and look forward to them. And when I watch them I forget and enjoy everything I love you guys. Hopefully you guys get well.
I get that a lot in my ears too. Horrible pressure, very painful. I can usually move my jaw around enough to pop my ears. I totally get the volume thing. Everything seems too loud or quiet. It usually goes away on its own for me
I wish allergy meds did something for me...I've taken them for so long I'm immune to most of them. So now I stopped taking them everyday and only use them when I have to.I suggest you don't start with 24 hour ones because you can't take another if it stops working throughout the day.

Honestly I love my allergy medicine because I feel like you described if I don't take it and when I do I am a different person. I occasionally still have issues like last weeks but that's because everything is blooming.
Allergy pills arent that bad once you learn when your allergies flare up then you take it but i.feel you should at least take them when needed. Plus right now were closer to a season change which can cause it to be worst. I just got a kitten knowing i have mild allergies that dont flare up allthe time but when I feel like i do then i take an allergy pill.
A tablespoon of local honey everyday for a month can help get rid of your allergies. My mom had really bad allergies. Her doctor told her about local honey. It cut her symptoms in half after a month.
Zertec works so great!! I sadly got immune to it so of doesn't work 😣 It worked great though for a long time! Hope you both feel better ❤ Love you guys!!!
For a month I was taking 16 pills a day and now for 5 years I've been taking 4 coz I had cancer but I had a bone marrow transplant so now I'm just taking 1-2 Bryan you'll god better and that's coming from a 12 year old xx

Bryan!! I had a similar experience; my ears didn't pop in descent and when we landed I could barely hear anything. All I could hear was a faraway whistling/wind sound, even my own voice sounded louder to me, I was always afraid I was yelling at people. It lasted a good few days too. Hope it goes away soon :)

Missy, do you still use essential oils? I've heard great things about the Young Living allergy bomb. That may be a good alternative to the pill and nasal spray.
Bryan, you really don't have to take pills for the rest of your life if you don't want to follow the medical path! Chiropractic adjustments can help tremendously with allergies, sinus pressure and ear problems. I would rather have my spine adjusted the rest of my life than take drugs with side effects.
I know you have a ton of suggestions but being one who looks for other options as well you may want to look into acupuncture. My aunts rave about it and all the great things it has done for them. It is better to go once a month than to take a pill everyday along with drops and other stuff. Anyways, I can't wait until the music video comes out but sadly will be moving that day from California to Oklahoma so I will catch it late.
Hey Bryan! Just a random idea for you to look in to. My dad did allergy shots for a while (I forgot how many he had to do) and eventually, his allergies went away. I'm pretty sure it depends on what type of allergy you have and I don't know much about it....just a thought. Love your family!
you will notice a huge improvement with ollie taking the steroid it only takes a couple of days I was worried with my daughter taking it as they say it stunts there growth but my doctor explaned its an oral its not going directly to the blood stream so its not that bad for them my daughter had croup quiet a few times but then now has athsma I hope ollie gets well soon xx

(it sucks) aside from an allergy pill my doc suggested trying a "neti pot" it has helped alot it even helps shorten a cold when you get sick. just thought id throw that out there maybe you could give it a try im pretty sure you can find them at like any walgreens or rite aid or even walmart :)

I have been suffering with allergies most of my teen into adult life. I took an allergy pill everyday since and some days its good some its bad. I finally went to an allergist took an allergy test and im basically allergic to EVERYTHING (every grass, tree, cat, dog, mold, pollen and dust.) they suggested i start doing weekly allergy shots to build up my immunity to it but unfortunately my insurance only covers 40% =/ Trust me i know how you feel!! I have also heard that if you eat a spoonful of local honey it helps with allergies. Hopefully you find a solution to help you feel better!! =)
Bryan, maybe you should get tested for allergies, then you could find out what your alergic to, do shots for two years, then you won't have to worry about allergies! Thats what I have to do, I have horrible allergies and got tested so now i can be treated!
Bryan should make the doctor do a test to figure out what exactly he's allergic to - the daily medicine might be unnecessary :) If it's seasonal I dont see why you should take medicine every day - I know it's irritating :)

Hi I am eva and I also have bad allergies I would recommend claritin and I'm only 10 my allergies are really bad and zyrtec doesn't work only claritin and yes the nasal spray does work
I love you guys but Brian... Seriously? It's a pill.... My 8 year old son is on daily insulin injections and has been since he was 2 years old. He gets insulin 4 times a day with finger pricks to check blood 5-7 times....he can't help being a type 1 diabetic... I know daily medications suck but.. It's a pill you can swallow.... be thankful he's on injections for the rest of his life..

Some times taking a pill everyday can effect the way you live your life for the better. I hear lots of people saying I would rather suffer then take drugs for the rest of my life. However there are people who have no choice, I take three pills a day, and not to be mellow dramatic but without them I would not be here. So yeah its a pain the ass, but your quality of life surely means more then a few seconds spent taking a pill, right?

I have to take a liquid for the rest of my life and a pill, nasal spay and I have E.E a problem with my esophagus and I have to have a tube down my throat ( they put me to sleep) every month and they inspect my throat and because of this I can no longer eat wheat, dairy, eggs, selfish or nuts. But I watch you guys videos everyday and look forward to them. And when I watch them I forget and enjoy everything I love you guys. Hopefully you guys get well.
I get that a lot in my ears too. Horrible pressure, very painful. I can usually move my jaw around enough to pop my ears. I totally get the volume thing. Everything seems too loud or quiet. It usually goes away on its own for me
I wish allergy meds did something for me...I've taken them for so long I'm immune to most of them. So now I stopped taking them everyday and only use them when I have to.I suggest you don't start with 24 hour ones because you can't take another if it stops working throughout the day.

I feel your pain with the allergies! Especially with this weather changing every other day! (I also live in SoCal) Decongestants are my best friend! Glad to see you guys are feeling better.
Honestly I love my allergy medicine because I feel like you described if I don't take it and when I do I am a different person. I occasionally still have issues like last weeks but that's because everything is blooming.

Allergy pills arent that bad once you learn when your allergies flare up then you take it but i.feel you should at least take them when needed. Plus right now were closer to a season change which can cause it to be worst. I just got a kitten knowing i have mild allergies that dont flare up allthe time but when I feel like i do then i take an allergy pill.
A tablespoon of local honey everyday for a month can help get rid of your allergies. My mom had really bad allergies. Her doctor told her about local honey. It cut her symptoms in half after a month.
I have been taking allergy medicine since I was a baby I am 17. I get ear infections every 4-6 months. I am conjusted everyday.

For a month I was taking 16 pills a day and now for 5 years I've been taking 4 coz I had cancer but I had a bone marrow transplant so now I'm just taking 1-2 Bryan you'll god better and that's coming from a 12 year old xx

I take an allergy pill and noise spray everyday! I have to not miss a day or it messes me up! It helps me. I have even stopped snoring

Every time I hear Bryan songs It is so calming to me. Especially when I'm driving because im a first time driver and I get so nerves when I'm driving lol. So I listen to his songs. Hopefully this makes sense lol. Xoxo
Bryan!! I had a similar experience; my ears didn't pop in descent and when we landed I could barely hear anything. All I could hear was a faraway whistling/wind sound, even my own voice sounded louder to me, I was always afraid I was yelling at people. It lasted a good few days too. Hope it goes away soon :)

Missy, do you still use essential oils? I've heard great things about the Young Living allergy bomb. That may be a good alternative to the pill and nasal spray.

Bryan, you really don't have to take pills for the rest of your life if you don't want to follow the medical path! Chiropractic adjustments can help tremendously with allergies, sinus pressure and ear problems. I would rather have my spine adjusted the rest of my life than take drugs with side effects.
I know you have a ton of suggestions but being one who looks for other options as well you may want to look into acupuncture. My aunts rave about it and all the great things it has done for them. It is better to go once a month than to take a pill everyday along with drops and other stuff.
Anyways, I can't wait until the music video comes out but sadly will be moving that day from California to Oklahoma so I will catch it late.
Hey Bryan! Just a random idea for you to look in to. My dad did allergy shots for a while (I forgot how many he had to do) and eventually, his allergies went away. I'm pretty sure it depends on what type of allergy you have and I don't know much about it....just a thought. Love your family!
Have you ever seen a chiropractor for your dizziness? I've seen some amazing results from severe vertigo from going to the chiropractor.
you will notice a huge improvement with ollie taking the steroid it only takes a couple of days I was worried with my daughter taking it as they say it stunts there growth but my doctor explaned its an oral its not going directly to the blood stream so its not that bad for them my daughter had croup quiet a few times but then now has athsma I hope ollie gets well soon xx

hey guys! this is a suggestion for brian, I have bad allergies too like year round.. (it sucks) aside from an allergy pill my doc suggested trying a "neti pot" it has helped alot it even helps shorten a cold when you get sick. just thought id throw that out there maybe you could give it a try im pretty sure you can find them at like any walgreens or rite aid or even walmart :)
I have the same thing im really allergic to things outside especially in the spring time and I have a nasal spray I have to use and a pill... It's not fun
I feel you Bryan I have really bad allergies to and have to take pills and nasal spray.. I also have other health problems so I have to do a lot of medications.

I have been suffering with allergies most of my teen into adult life. I took an allergy pill everyday since and some days its good some its bad. I finally went to an allergist took an allergy test and im basically allergic to EVERYTHING (every grass, tree, cat, dog, mold, pollen and dust.) they suggested i start doing weekly allergy shots to build up my immunity to it but unfortunately my insurance only covers 40% =/ Trust me i know how you feel!! I have also heard that if you eat a spoonful of local honey it helps with allergies. Hopefully you find a solution to help you feel better!! =)

Bryan, maybe you should get tested for allergies, then you could find out what your alergic to, do shots for two years, then you won't have to worry about allergies! Thats what I have to do, I have horrible allergies and got tested so now i can be treated!
I got swimmers ear too. Just went to the doctor today and got my meds. Lol. Hate when i get ear infections :(
Bryan should make the doctor do a test to figure out what exactly he's allergic to - the daily medicine might be unnecessary :) If it's seasonal I dont see why you should take medicine every day - I know it's irritating :)

Hi I am eva and I also have bad allergies I would recommend claritin and I'm only 10 my allergies are really bad and zyrtec doesn't work only claritin and yes the nasal spray does work
I love you guys but Brian... Seriously? It's a pill.... My 8 year old son is on daily insulin injections and has been since he was 2 years old. He gets insulin 4 times a day with finger pricks to check blood 5-7 times....he can't help being a type 1 diabetic... I know daily medications suck but.. It's a pill you can swallow.... be thankful he's on injections for the rest of his life..
How about some chill pills? Cause I know the moment you find out you have to do something requiring medication every day, there is that moment where you want to complain. It's a natural reaction. Yes, it could be worse... But for him, having to take the allergy meds everyday is a life change. Calm yourself. Kthxbai

Some times taking a pill everyday can effect the way you live your life for the better. I hear lots of people saying I would rather suffer then take drugs for the rest of my life. However there are people who have no choice, I take three pills a day, and not to be mellow dramatic but without them I would not be here. So yeah its a pain the ass, but your quality of life surely means more then a few seconds spent taking a pill, right?
