Joy

Ps 16v 11 you will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. At your right hand are pleasures forever more
Phil 4v4 rejoice in the Lord, again I say rejoice
Ps 43v5 why so downcast oh my soul, why are you so sad and discouraged? Put your hope in God.
Gal 5v22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
You might be feeling very sad, lonely, depressed right now but the moment you realise that whenever you feel like that, you have stepped out of the presence of God because in His presence there is fullness of joy. The devil knows this and one of the things he always wants to make you feel is sad and depressed.
Remember one thing: God is the same yesterday today and forevermore. The same God on the mountain is the same God in the valleys.
So this is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
