Looks like the only access to the center lines where the coach is sitting is on the round table. Is there a plan for more connections for the center lines?
in my humble opinion the 1024 is the strongest loco under 20 grand .and the lima is just under that. wait tel you here the eco of the lima up in the mountains .

No, but you can spawn locos and stock where you buy it now, so in a way yes
