The combination of potato, minced meat and tortilla is really unique.
The potato balls are moist and tender and the tortilla is crispy.

▫️ Water 4 tbsp
▫️ Breadcrumbs
▫️ Tortilla
▫️ 1 Egg yolk
▫️ Sesame
▫️ Salt
