Thanks Champion, I was hitting my head against the wall trying to get the app working to unlock the speed, it's shame it's a fantastic innovation device and a great home solution but with no effort made to make an adequate app.

Thanks for the video showing how to enter the menu.. any idea, what you can change in all the other functions? I didn’t get the wlan reset to work and connect my phone.. changed Fact to On, turned it off and on using the button on the backside and klicken through the test Programm.. is there a way to reset it completely?
No, it started working again perfectly fine. I think my son may have spilt a small amount of water on it, causing an electrical short. But once the water dried, it worked well.
I like the idea of a very compact treadmill but does it need the app to work or can it be used without it? I read comments that it requires the app to go faster and the app has a lot of problems. Some have trouble logging in/connecting or get logged out/disconnected making the treadmill useless. Does anyone have problems with the app as well?
The app doesn't work which is why I made this video. My walking pad just broke, everytime I plug the cable into the electrical socket and turn it on, the power circuit breaker trips. So it was good whilst it was working but im not very happy with it now.
@@gettothepoint6643 I’ve also read similar comments about the power circuit breaker from other people. I like that it’s very compact but for that price I don’t want to deal with so many issues. I’ll keep doing research but I might just get a regular that doesn’t fold in half.
Does anyone know how to unlock walking pad R1 because it doesnt have a mode button in the machine. I am not from China and cant even sign up on the apps. I really need your help because i can only walk up to 3.0KM
Not sure, see if you can find a Chinese person that could translate for you to speak with their customer service. Many Chinese companies use WhatsApp to communicate with foriegn customers
The lifespan walking pad pro is such a bad product. You can feel the fold as you walk. The bolt for the handlebar is also too tight to undo most of the time. Very, VERY, unhappy with this product. It's really not too difficult to make me happy with something like this so, please think twice before you buy this. Make sure you try it out and don't just buy it online
My remote doesn't work. Auto works, what the hell? The app worked for me so I can use manual mode through the app. The only problem is that the Chinese government might be spying on me. Oh well. I've been flipping the battery one way and the other and I've been getting zero response.
The battery housing was odd, ensure that the battery is under that little lip in the corner. The flat side of the battery should be facing towards you with the rounded side of the battery facing the remote.

Isn't one of the three button below the display touch sensitive? Could they be the mode button on the R1 model?
