Salt is necessary for a nice clean & shine.
You can wash daily or a soon as you see the green patina.

Yes you need to clean with lemon & salt regularly otherwise it’s toxic

Yes you can rinse off with acv and salt, I don’t know about leaving it overnight as I haven’t tried.

Yes you have to dry by leaving it upside down or use a cloth if you can reach
